Arab Chicken Skewers

Sumptuous chicken marinated  over night in a savory combination of Middle Eastern spices and ex. virgin olive oil. It is then placed on bite size skewers and baked with olive oil for delicious & tender results. Drizzled & served with fresh lemon juice.

Lamb Kebobs

Made of a wonderful combination of white and green onions, fresh herbs, Arab spices, ground beef and lamb. Rolled into bite size meatballs, baked to perfection and drizzled with fresh lemon juice and parsley. Comes with toothpicks.

Moussaka
(also available vegetarian)

A perfect combination of eggplant, ground lamb, potatoes and tomatoes layered, topped with rich béchamel sauce and baked into a very unique dish. Cut into approx. 18 servings for your guest’s convenience. Best as Entrée.

Spicy Beef Sautee
