A few years ago we moved to the great Northwest, to Washington. The state of lakes, forests, desserts, volcanoes and snow-capped mountain ranges.

Over the years it began feeling like home. It's really great to see the diverse communities, cultures and lifestyles that the city of Seattle offers, yet one thing was always missing.
Before we knew it, 2 Chefs was born.

I was always very picky about what I eat (some call me a food snob...). Don't get me wrong, there are many great places to eat in Seattle, but very little authentic Levantine cuisine due to its small communities.

And so we opened 2 Chefs Gourmet Falafel (aka The Real Falafel King) in the fremont market, serving fresh, like at home, falafel on Sundays. Its been over two years and things have been going really well, due to our one of a kind fresh flavors and loyal clientele.

The word began spreading and falafel seekers from around the city started showing up wanting to know what the fuss is all about. Quickly more & more costumers came along and kept on asking where they could get our products during the week, and the idea of catering to stores was born. Our products started selling better than anticipated and other stores started carrying our products. Due to recent advancements we had to take a step back to take two forward, and remove our products from the shelves. we are reconsolidating the production process and hope to offer these products once again, in the future. We would like to thank all our customers that have made us who we are and apologies for removing your favorite hummus off the shelves.
Our products can still be picked up at these locations along with our famous fresh falafel.
